By accessing or using Ooyoun ("the Service"), a product of Cyt Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ooyoun is a platform that enables architects, designers, and visualization professionals to transform 3D renders into immersive VR presentations. The Service includes web-based tools for uploading, configuring, and sharing virtual tours.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Ooyoun. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
• Create derivative works (e.g., thumbnails, optimized versions) solely for Service functionality.

You represent that you have the right to upload all content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ooyoun and Cyt Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data before account deletion.
